We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories.

  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

⚠️ Important: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@shopsolarion.com Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

👉 Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


Warranty Claims (Separate from Returns)

Our return policy does not cover warranty-related issues. If your product includes a manufacturer’s warranty, warranty claims must be handled under the warranty terms.

  • Warranty claims are only valid for defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered.
